FAQ

We have experience with all the major SharePoint versions (SharePoint 2007, SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2016, SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online/Microsoft 365) .

SharePoint implementation is a constantly evolving process. And each organization is unique so there is really no standard time frame. The initial roll-out usually takes 4-6 weeks (this timeline would include requirements gathering, configuration, and training).

Since each configuration is unique, there is no standard cost. Every organization is different. Some businesses need 1-2 project or team sites, while others are looking to migrate their whole internal document file shares to SharePoint/Microsoft 365. We will provide a customized quote for you once we go through high-level project scope definition.

We only charge by the hour if you are looking for ad-hoc consulting or training, which is £150 per hour. For project-type work, we work on a fixed fee arrangement. Our clients are typically small to medium size businesses and non-profits who cannot afford “open wallet” engagements.

The first step would be for you to get in touch with us by either emailing us directly at hello@agilesharepoint.co.uk or filling out my contact form. We will contact you to discuss your needs. If you are interested in proceeding, we then have a more detailed project scope definition phone call or web session to dive into your requirements. That typically gives us enough information to provide an accurate quote for you.

Yes we offer custom development and out of the box configuration of SharePoint.

You can have as many as you wish as we charge a flat fee for a course and do not charge by the number of attendees.

Of course. If you just need a hand, we will be happy to work with you and your staff to share some best practices on SharePoint as well as give hands-on training on site creation and administration. You can read more and purchase hours here.
